Warranty

24 months applies to the goods product quality guarantee.

The seller does not assume material responsibility if the damage to the product was caused by assembling it not according to the attached instructions  or by using it not according to its intended purpose.

Parcel damage during shipping:

After receiving the product from the courier and noticing damage to the package, the buyer must immediately check the contents of the package and make sure that the product is not damaged.

In the event that the product is damaged,   the buyer must take photos of the packaging damage, the contents of the package with all packaging materials, the product damage, and keep the package until the investigation takes place. The buyer must report product damage no later than 5 days after receiving the product by e-mail.  onelittlepine@gmail.com and submit all of the above photos.

The Seller does not assume material responsibility if the product was damaged, but the Seller was not informed about it or was informed later than the specified deadline.

 

Return

The product can be returned within 14 days of receiving it.

In the case of returning, the shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.

The returned product must be unused, unassembled, in the original packaging.

Products according to an individual order (non-standard product, measurements, color, personalized details) are not returned.
